Can everyone cook? That's a question I've frequently been asked. It seems prepared food marketers have been ultra-successful in convincing many that preparing a meal at home requires a culinary school diploma and a whole lot of time. To me, it's not whether or not you can cook; it's whether or not you have the desire, the confidence and the inspiration.
