Jeffrey can't think of a thing to write, so he doodles instead, only to have his doodle begin to order him about. Jeffrey struggles with the situation until he discovers that the most strong-willed doodle is powerless against a well-told tale. Kari-Lynn Winters

KARI-LYNN WINTERS est autrice, dramaturge, interprète et une universitaire érudite. Elle vit à St. Catharines, en Ontario, avec ses deux enfants et ses trois chats.

KARI-LYNN WINTERS is an author, poet, and performer. With over sixteen picture and poetry books published, she has won the British Columbia Book Prize silver medal for both Jeffrey and Sloth and On My Walk, and been nominated numerous times for the Christie Harris Illustrated Children’s Literature Prize and the Chocolate Lily Awards. She loves being in the classroom and teaches drama in education at Brock University. Kari-Lynn lives in St. Catharines, Ontario.

Ben Hodson is an award-winning illustrator of more than twenty children’s books, including Gran on a Fan; Lazy Bear, Crazy Bear; and Fun with Ed and Fred. He lives and works in Peterborough, Canada.
